Paradise Soccer Club (PSC) is now accepting applications for volunteer Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Managers to help run the 2025/26 Development and Competitive Teams Program for U7 to U18 age groups. This program is designed for players who will participate in Metro and Provincial Leagues during the summer of 2026.
Those interested in volunteering can apply through their PSC RAMP registration portal account. Once logged in, applicants must select “Coach/Staff Registration” and complete the online form. The form will request applicants to indicate their preferred age group and role.
All applications will be reviewed by PSC’s Coach Assignment Committee as part of the assignment process. Successful applicants will be notified before positions are finalized and published. While training schedules have not yet been confirmed, tentative schedules will be released before coaching assignments are confirmed, allowing applicants to review before accepting their volunteer role.
Applications submitted by September 30, 2025 will be reviewed in the first round of assignments. However, the online application system will remain open until all positions are filled.
For those who do not have an NCCP #, applicants may enter “N/A” or “0000” in the required field and proceed with their application.
All volunteers are required to have:
A completed EPIC (Enhanced Police Information Check) or PRC (Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector)
Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders (note: this is different from Respect in Sport for Parents)
If an RNC clearance has not been completed within the last six months, volunteers must complete one at the time of application through the RNC’s online portal. Instructions and necessary forms can be found here: Criminal Record Screening Certificate and/or Vulnerable Sector Check - Royal Newfoundland Constabulary.
During the online form process, applicants will be prompted to upload a Volunteer Exemption Letter in order to waive the administration fee. The letter can be downloaded, completed, and attached to the application to avoid fees.
