Every summer, our team plays a key role in delivering programs and events that impact hundreds of players and families across our community. Whether you are coaching on the field, leading programs, or supporting events behind the scenes, your work helps create meaningful experiences through sport.

Current Opportunities

Paradise Soccer Club is currently hiring for a variety of summer staff positions to support our 2026 season. These roles are a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sport, leadership, and community programming while making a positive impact on young athletes.

Program Coordinator (1 position)
Supports the planning and delivery of soccer programs, including scheduling, staff coordination, and on-field support.

Recreation Coordinator (1 position)
Oversees the day-to-day delivery of recreational programming, working closely with coaches, instructors, and families to ensure a positive experience.

Leagues Coordinators (2 positions)
Leads game day operations, including field setup, scheduling support, and coordination with teams and referees.

Instructors (Multiple positions)
Leads and supports on-field soccer sessions focused on fun, development, and engagement. Also assists with field marshalling during programming.

Interns (Multiple positions)
Supports program delivery, event setup, and daily operations while gaining valuable experience in sport administration. Also assists with field marshalling duties.

Work Conditions

  • Recreational programming runs Monday to Thursday from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM
  • Field marshalling duties are required on weeknights and weekends
  • Positions include a mix of office-based and on-field responsibilities

Assets

Assets for all positions include:

  • Soccer experience (playing, coaching, or officiating)
  • Referee or coaching certifications
  • First Aid and CPR training
  • Experience working with children and youth
