Our Competitive Teams Programs are a continuation of our developmental programs. The focus for our competitive programs is still on development of the player within the team whilst competing in a competitive environment. At U12 players are introduced to leagues/competitions with scores and standings. In youth Competitive soccer there are NLSA Provincial Youth Leagues (PYL) that provide the highest tiers of play with teams competing provincially in either the NLSA Premier League (PYL Tier 1) or the NLSA Championship League (PYL Tier 2). Starting at U15 Premier League teams are competing for the right to represent the province at Club National Championships. In addition, the Metro League provides a regional league option Metro Div 1 (Tier 3), and subject to interest/demand and Div 2 (Tier 4). These regional Metro Leagues are a continuation of the Metro League that runs from U7 to U11. Players must tryout for competitive teams and must be selected prior to registering.
