Great coaches do more than teach skills and tactics — they create environments that inspire athletes to grow, lead, and perform at their best.

Tonight’s session will explore the principles of transformational leadership and how coaches can motivate, empower, and support athletes in meaningful ways. Built on the simple premise that leaders develop leaders, this session will focus on creating positive team cultures where athletes feel valued, challenged, and confident in their ability to succeed both on and off the field.

Participants will leave with practical insights on how leadership style can directly influence athlete engagement, confidence, and performance.
