This Spring Assessment registration is only for interested NEW SEASONAL PLAYERS ONLY that have not participated in indoor training but are interested in joining an Explosion Developmental Team (U7 to U11) for the outdoor Metro League season. For Players born 2013 to 2017.

Assessment Details
Spring Assessments will be held between April 26th - May 12th. The Assessment Schedule will be published April 10th (start date weather dependent).
Each group will have two to three sessions. In the event that we have to cancel due to weather the third session may not be made up.
Development Team Rosters will be Published May 13th.
Registration for Spring Entrants May 14th to 20th - an invitation to register will be sent by direct email to players that attended the assessments and have been placed on a roster.

Related Program Information
There are two types of program offering available to U7 to U11 players - Recreational or Developmental;
- 'Soccer 4 Fun" is a Recreational program within the community of Paradise This is a 10 week program and total fee (Registration and Tickets) is $200. This program starts June 17th and runs two week nights per week at Dianne Whalen Memorial Soccer Complex. Registration for this program will open April 16th. If you are interested in this program DO NOT register for these Spring Assessments. No assessments are required for the Soccer 4 Fun program as registration is first come first served until program number caps are reached! A News Article will be posted on our website April 16th which will provide all the relevant information on registration for this program!
- The "Explosion Developmental Program" involves a more significant time commitment. There are two points of entry for the Explosion Program (10 Months or 4 Months).
- Fall Registration: The majority of players join in the Fall when we have an open registration (No Assessments, First Come First Served). Players that register in the fall train through the indoor season in preparation ahead of being sorted into teams in Spring to participate in the Metro weekend festivals during the outdoor season. U7 to U9 teams are balanced equally. U10 and U11 teams are tiered. Total Fees for the 10 month program are $700 to $725.
- Spring Entry: Any new seasonal players interested to join this program after the indoor phase are invited to register for Spring Assessments. Registering for Spring Assessments does not guarantee that they will be admitted into our Explosion Program. If admitted, Spring Entrants total fees are $450 - $475 for the May through August outdoor season. We aim to take all seasonal players looking to join in spring however we are limited by the number of volunteer coach applications we receive and the maximum roster sizes. We are currently accepting a new round of Spring applications for volunteer coaches and managers for Explosion Teams. Indicate your interest when you register! In the event that we cannot accommodate all Spring Assessment registrants then we will select from the assessments those players we feel are most able to play and flourish at the level. Remaining players are encouraged to participate in the recreational program and may look to join the Developmental Program in the Fall. The goal is for all players at all levels to have an enjoyable experience playing soccer this summer with PSC.
